WARRANTY, RETURNS/EXCHANGES, REPAIRS, AND SHIPPING POLICY
WARRANTY
Stock and custom orders are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of receipt. V-loop models are considered disposable units and therefore are not covered under warranty.
Please note: no changes will be honored to any custom remake.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
Please inspect all products for any defects immediately upon receipt and contact us with any issues to remain within warranty conditions. Unused products in original condition and packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange less any shipping charges within 30 [thirty] days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] number. For an RMA number, call 800-327-5555, email us at: [email protected] or click here to download the PDF form to include with your package. Clearance, final sale, discontinued models or custom units are not eligible for return or exchange.
STOCK HAIR AND EXTENSIONS
Hair Visions International reserves the right to decline stock hair returns based on any or all the following:
- Products that are altered in any way, including but not limited to; cutting, coloring, processing, or worn.
- Misuse while in the possession of the end-user.
- Repairs and curl patterns are not guaranteed therefore cannot be returned.
- Units requiring restyling.
PLEASE NOTE: Any unit returned not in original packaging or in original condition is subject to a restocking fee (minimum $10). Units requiring restyling will not be accepted as a return for credit or exchange.
RETURNS OF WARRANTIED ITEMS FOR QUALITY OR DEFECTS
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom order warranty claims must be accompanied with following:
- Return Merchandise Authorization number with a detailed reason for the return
- The original Custom Order form
- Any original client hair samples
- Any original mold or custom order supplies
REPAIR OF HAIR UNITS
Hair replacement units must be thoroughly cleaned and conditioned before submitting for repair or a fee for cleaning and sanitizing may apply. Addition of hair (repair) into specific areas of used units will usually affect the original shape of the unit and is therefore not guaranteed. Hair Visions International will determine any manufacturing defects, improper installation, and improper care of units for all returned hair replacement units. We assure you that we will always be fair in evaluating the performance of your order.
SHIPPING
All domestic or international shipping charges [including return, repairs and refusals], duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from your refund once we receive the returned item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning items to us as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
